Our team of facilitators and coaches are all experienced managers who have faced the very same  feedback issues that you or your managers are facing today.  They are committed to ensuring that managers gain the skills, confidence and approaches needed to successfully resolve even the most difficult employee situation.

Our approach is grounded in theory but completely pragmatic in content and delivery.   We ensure managers return to the workplace ready to communicate straightforward feedback immediately and confident to undertake the required actions to resolve more entrenched or long-term issues.

We provide workshops, 1-2-1 coaching and tailored organisational support

Our workshops are uplifting, positive, useful, thought provoking and immediately applicable!   We work with organisations to ensure our content re-enforces the organisation’s own policies and procedures and is integrated with previously delivered material to ensure consistent messaging to staff.

Our 1-2-1 coaching is available for managers who are not able to attend a workshop, or who are facing urgent performance issues that need immediate and effective resolution.

With our tailored organisational support we work with organisations to develop and strengthen their policies, procedures, communications and internal support structures in order to ensure managers are confident to address any performance issue.
