Sue Ingram
Sue Ingram is the MD and lead facilitator for Performance Resolution. She is HR qualified, MCIPD accredited and Honorary Teaching Fellow at the University of Lancaster. She has successfully managed teams in diverse sectors and has worked in the City, IT, marketing and sales, public sector, adult career guidance and also led a motivational project for the long-term unemployed. For the past 10 years she has been an Executive Coach and Facilitator working with such clients as Tesco, BP, BAE Systems, Airbus, Hitachi, Portland Building Society and SMEs. It is from her work with executives that Performance Resolution was created in order to enable managers to successfully resolve their tough performance management issues.
